Bank transfers can take up to 2 days until the money is in our account. Orders are shipped immediately after receipt of payment.

7) Sorry, we no longer do cash on delivery due to the high shipping costs.

Assembly:
* We assemble your boards, trucks, wheels, bearings, mounting, grip tape, tail saver free of charge. Please specify your exact requirements when ordering. With every deck purchased, you will receive the original Black Diamond grip tape free of charge. All of our complete boards are delivered assembled and ready to ride.
Exchange:
* We exchange purchased goods within 14 days without any problems. Skateboards/accessories from our range that have been used and show signs of wear are excluded from exchange. We can no longer sell these products as new. The address for exchanges:
